Advice on Indirect Discharges

When companies engage in new or modified activities that involve discharging industrial wastewater, they must apply for a permit. For permit officers, this is a complex task, as they must weigh various frameworks, ranging from water quality requirements to environmental legislation.

Cantech supports the permit officers of Omgevingsdienst Regio Nijmegen in assessing applications for indirect discharges. We carry out ABM and immission assessments, draw up appropriate discharge conditions, and provide advice on new and amended applications.
